1. Check-in and check-out timing is decided with customers and it will be respected.
2. At you arrival, you will be received with courtesy and helpfulness.
3. You will find, at the check point in each B&B, information about the place, folders and the Associate B&B visiting cards.
4. The customers will find in the room or in the bathroom an entire set of towels. The bathrooms and the rooms will be cleaned and disinfected, according to the rules of each B&B.
5. The B&B will do their best for making the customers at home and the B&B will pay attention on details for the making of the breakfast.
6. Wake-up Alarm and breakfast are also possible during different standard timings, but only in case it is necessary and agreed in advance.
7. The breakfast will be an important meeting-time with the custode, always with respect and kindness.
8. Assistance and Advise about the timings of the local transports or about the research of private transports, such as taxi, rental car, will be guaranteed at the customer, if requested.
9. Information about fairs, festivals, show which can happen in the area will be always available. Also information about the state of the roads, strikes and so on will be available in the B&B.
10. If at the moment of the check-out the customer will need advise for the rest of his trip, we will be keen to give you assistance, based on our experience, and, eventually, if requested, there will be done a booking at an other associated B&B.
