The bed and breakfast "Chez Vivì" is located in the medieval village of Arquà Petrarca. It takes its name from the famous poet Francesco Petrarca, who spent here the last days of his life, enjoing the windy and temperate climate that reminded him the loved Provence Region. The Church conserves his spoils, while his house, incredibly still undamaged, can be visited, as indeed  the Chapel of Trinity, where he used to prey.

Arquà Petrarca is the “Pearl of the Euganean Hills”.  It is known for its medieval architecture, its green and for the airy climate of its hills in Summer time.                 Arquà Petrarca is part of the chain “The most beautiful Villages in Italy” which allow the small towns that have preserved, intact, their medieval characteristics.

It is honored with the “Orange Flag” which is the mark of tourism environmental quality of the Italian Touring Club, and is intended for small towns in the hinterland that are distinguished by an offer of excellence and quality.

We are close to Abano Terme, the most important European Spa Area, 15 km south of Padua, In an hour’s drive you reach Venice or Garda Lake, and also Chioggia and the Po Delta, Asiago, Ravenna, Mantua and Bologna, as Vicenza, Verona, and Treviso, and all deserve your visit!

In a few minuts there are Padua and Ferrara in half an hour you can reach the termal site of Albano-Montegrotto, where you can enjoy playing golf, tennis, trekking, mountain bike, equitation, swimming and sauna. The Palladian Villas and the Brenta coast are unique jewels.

Chez Vivì could be the start for your excursions, and than, when you'll come back in the evening you can enjoy the refreshing swimming pool and the silent of the garden. An inner Wellness Center let you dedicate some hour to relax with its treatments.
