ALL THE ROOMS ARE SHOWER-TOILET,  AIR-CONDITIONING, DRINK-COOLER, INDIPENDENT HEATING and WI_FI FURNISHED.

The rates are per person/night and its are breakfast included.

The prices are becoming lower the longer you is staying and the more people are occupying the same room.

in each room we can add one or more extra beds.

The italian breakfast is included in the price, we serve coffee, milk, tea, orange juice, bread, butter, jam, Nutella, cereals, yogurt.

Here are the rooms, with minimum and maximum price per person, breakfast included.

"Green Suite" is the "Wedding room", the beautiful double bed room of the House, with a large private panoramic balcony, with armchairs, and porch swing for your romantic candlelight nights. It has two large windows over the balcony. Price: from 35 to 60 € person/night. Extra service: the breakfast could be served in bedroom or, during summer, on the private balcony.

“Country Suite" is in rustic style, two communicating rooms and bathroom. The first room has a "stube" corner, sofa, HI-FI stereo, and a big rollaway double bed. 

This room is connected to the bathroom and to the second room, with two single beds. Price: from 25 to 40 € person/night.

 

"Gli Oleandri" is a new  pretty one-room apartment, with day-corner, a double frenchsize sofa bed, and a kitchenette. Independent entrance from the garden. If you choose the B&B formula, the kitchen is disabled and breakfast is served in the house’s living room. "Gli Oleandri" can be rented for long periods, min. one week, with kitchen use, and in this case it has its own outdoor small dining table, in the garden, for breakfast and dinner at open air, and a private car parking place. Price for B&B formula: from 35 to 60 € person/night.

"Panorama" is a large and bright room, over 30 mq, with gambrel roof. There is a large panoramic window with view over Colli Euganei (Uills). It’s double bed and  two single beds furnished. Two extra single beds available. Price: from 20 to 40 € person/night.
