 B&B Lunajanka is in Palmi, the starting point of Costa Viola, and it is in the middle of the green and the quiet, with a wonderful panoramic view on the Stretto and the Eolie Island.

 

The place was named by Plato, he was stunned by the different tonalities of violet of the coast during the sunset.

The Costa Viola is dominated by high and jagged cliffs, one of them is Sant'Elia mountain, where you can admire an unique view: Capo Vaticano, Eolie Island, Stretto di Messina and the Etna at the same time!

The part of the sea has: the most beautiful coasts of the Region, full of rocks, ravines and caves; the most beautiful beaches, as gems in mountains, that sometimes fall straight into the sea.

Recently, at the sea bed, exactly at Scilla, (20 minutes far from the B&B) the biggest wood of black coral in the world was found.

On this coast, during the ages lots of myths, legends and tales was born.
