The Villa is in the Liberty style dating from 1800, built as a wedding gift for the daughter of the property’s owner. The garden still has secular trees and offers a magical view over Maggiore lake!

We have always considered Villa Clementina as a beautiful present and when we decided to transform our life and live in the villa, first we started to renovate it and then thought of sharing it: so the idea of a B&B was born!

Over the years several ex inhabitants have asked permission to enter and visit the villa again.  Since 2004, when the B&B was opened, many other people have left a trace of their stay and the spirit of Villa Clementina lives on!

In the summertime, we will be happy to suggest to you beautiful trips on the lake and, after those, you will be welcomed back by the cool atmosphere that the strong walls and the  main door made from wood and wrought iron maintain inside the villa.

Roaming in the green garden full of ferns and flowers, you will find old plants dating from the original garden: a strong wisteria at the entrance, a pine tree beside the camphor tree, magnolias and palm trees.

The B&B is on the ground floor, so you can enjoy the garden with the colours of the each of the four seasons and visit the Lake surrounded by the fantastic landscape of Monte Rosa and its ever-snowy peaks.
